STARTING 5/2/2024 - AutoBill Update
All agents must be instructing customers to confirm/complete the autopay via email sent while on the call. This is a must to complete the Auto Payment Billing. Due to the 25% of First Bill No Pay (FBNP) accounts this is likely why we are seeing FBNP and Chargebacks percentages so high.
Abusing pre-paid cards is a huge factor for NFBP and Chargebacks
