Great News! Starting today, February 14th, a new customer loyalty program, DIRECTV PERKS, has launched for new and existing DIRECTV customers. It’s one way DIRECTV recognizes customers for their continued loyalty.
How DIRECTV PERKS Works
New customers must set up their directv.com online account first.
The DIRECTV PERKS site redirects them to directv.com if an online account has not been established.
It can take up to 72 hours for new customers to be recognized by the DIRECTV PERKS website.
At signup for DIRECTV PERKS, customers are assigned a tier based on their tenure as a DIRECTV customer:
RISING STAR: 0-2 years
A-LISTER: 2-5 years
SUPERSTAR: 5-10 years
ICON: 10+ years
The longer customers are with us, the more they could earn.
Who is Eligible for DIRECTV PERKS
DIRECTV via Satellite and DIRECTV via Internet customers.
Customers who reconnect using the same account number can re-access their DIRECTV PERKS account.
NOTE: Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), U-verse TV, DIRECTV for Business, and MDU Bulk are not currently eligible.
Accounts canceled or in disconnected status are not eligible.
How to Earn DIRECTV PERKS
Earn tokens to redeem for extra sweepstakes entries, weekly prizes, movie rental discounts, eGift cards, branded DIRECTV merch, and more.
Customers earn tokens through on-time bill payments and engaging with PERKS. Customers can use their tokens to redeem rewards of their choice.
If not redeemed, tokens expire 12 months after the posting date.
Customers may also view and track their token balance and details via DIRECTV PERKS.
